About Diksharambh
"Diksharambh" is the flagship Student Induction Program designed at SSMITA to welcome newly admitted students into the academic fold, empowering them to adjust to the higher education environment smoothly.
Transitioning to higher engineering and professional education presents exciting opportunities alongside unique challenges. The primary objective of Diksharambh is to help new entrants get acquainted with the campus culture, ethos, faculty, and facilities, while instilling a strong sense of purpose and ethical values.
Aligned with AICTE guidelines and the mission of SSMITA (ssmita.ac.in), the program encompasses interactive sessions on Universal Human Values (UHV), creative arts, physical health, communication skills, and exposure to domain-specific engineering practices.
