About Student Council
The student council is a group of elected students who represent the voice of the student body SSMITA work to improve the experience for all students by:
- Promoting citizenship and leadership: We provide opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills and participate in the democratic process of the college.
 - Encouraging student involvement: We organize events and activities that cater to student interests and create a positive College environment.
 
What We Do
- Organize College events like dances, spirit weeks, and talent shows.
 - Plan and implement fundraising activities to support student initiatives.
 - Conduct surveys and meetings to gather student feedback on College issues.
 - Partner with teachers and administrators to improve College policies and programs.
 - Recognize and reward student achievements.
 - Represent the student body at College board meetings and community events.
